Hi, I’m Natalie—a forty-something micro adventurer, writer, and lifelong lover of the great outdoors. I roll through the world on wheels, and I believe that joy, freedom, and adventure shouldn't require a hike to the summit or steps to the front door.
I started Eat. Stay. Wheel. to document my own search for accessible joy: flat trails with big views, cafés that don’t treat wheelchair users like afterthoughts, cozy inns with ramps and character, and honest conversations about what it really takes to show up fully in a world that’s not always built for us.
This space is part blog, part love letter to inclusive adventure, and part call to action for choosing joy daily. Whether you're rolling, strolling, adventuring from home, or dreaming big—I’m so glad you’re here.
